Staff and directors from our district spent December 8th and 9th in Williamsburg for the 2025 Virginia Association of Soil & Water Conservation Districts (VASWCD) Annual Meeting. The team participated in a variety of educational sessions, covering topics like soil health, flood resilience, grant writing, and outreach strategies. They also heard updates from state partners and celebrated conservation achievements across Virginia.

It was a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, and bring new insights back to the district.
