The Three Rivers Soil and Water Conservation District offers technical assistance, as well as financial assistance and state tax credit for a variety of best management practices through the Virginia Agricultural Cost Share Program.  The program offers more than 50 conservation practices that cover the full spectrum of agricultural operations. Unique to Three Rivers SWCD is the Whole Farm Approach practice, a pilot program that we have received grant funding for. Our cost share program is typically available for signup during the first part of our fiscal year, from mid-July to mid-August.
