– NO Nutrients (including sludge) may be applied to any cover crop before March 1

– Nutrient Management Plans are due NO LATER THAN March 15

– Please report your cover crop kill dates:

Cover crop MUST remain until March 15 and must be killed by June 1

$10/acre incentive payment to not kill until May 1 or later
