We are excited to welcome Tyler Deitz to the Three Rivers Soil and Water District team as our new Conservation Coordinator! Tyler has a strong background in agriculture. We can’t wait to see him apply his skills in this new position.

A message from Tyler:

“Hi, my name is Tyler Deitz. I’m from Northumberland County, Virginia. I graduated from Virginia Tech with an associate’s degree in Agricultural Technology, with an emphasis in Business, and later earned my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business with a minor in Crop and Soil Sciences.

I have worked on my family’s farm, interned at Nutrien Ag Solutions, and most recently worked with Climate Fieldview. With the knowledge I’ve gained through my education and past work experiences, I’m eager to contribute to supporting the work of the Three Rivers Soil and Water District.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and I love being outdoors.”
