Middle Peninsula Three Rivers Health District COVID-19 Vaccine Interest

March 16, 2021

The Three Rivers Soil and Water Conservation District is partnering with our local Extension Agents to gauge the level of interest within our communities for potentially hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for the Food and Agriculture category of frontline essential workers.

By definition, this group would include workers that are part of the food supply structure – farmers, nurserymen, watermen, farm workers, agribusiness workers, etc.

The survey link below has been designed for polling interest among the eligible population within the Three Rivers Health District; these surveys do not provide registration for a vaccine clinic nor do they serve as a substitute for registering through the Commonwealth’s Vaccinate Virginia System:

MIDDLE PENINSULA COVID-19 VACCINE INTEREST SURVEY (includes Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews, & Middlesex Counties)

The surveys will remain open until March 31st.

Questions can be directed to the local extension offices.
