Three Rivers Soil & Water Conservation District coordinated the 2023-2024 Poster Contest using the National Association of Conservation Districts theme of “One Water”. Our Education Outreach Coordinator contacted all local school systems, and the art teacher at James Cary Intermediate School participated this year with her students in grades 5-8. The contest resulted in 22 posters.

To help us select the winners, we involved the Awards Banquet attendees to vote for their favorite posters. One student from each grade was selected to receive a $25 gift card. All participants in the contest received an award certificate. Thank you, Yuwei Chen, JCIS Art Teacher for helping make the poster contest such a success!
